The course is structured over two key phases:
Theory & Foundation
(October–December 2025) – Laurabella Day Spa, Berkshire
Over two modules, we cover all the theory behind the practical skills essential for your journey in sound healing. Each module spans three days, running over a weekend and a Monday, allowing for an immersive learning experience. To accommodate different schedules, we offer two dates for the same module, providing flexibility while ensuring that places are limited to maintain an intimate and focused learning environment. Completion of these theoretical modules is essential before participating in the practical training, ensuring that you have a solid foundation to build upon as you advance your skills.
Module one
The Anatomy of Sound and Energy - The synergy of sound from ear to brain and chakra integration
In this comprehensive module, you will explore and learn the science behind sound and vibration, grounded in proven, evidence-based methods. We will delve into the intricate relationship between sound, our body and how these elements work together to influence our energy centers, or chakras. The course will also cover the fundamentals of healing through grounding and attuning techniques to allow the start of the healing module so to practice and perfect. To finish, we will guide you through the essential steps to prepare for launching your own sound healing business, including strategies for pricing and effective marketing. This subject will be concluded at the end of the course.
Module Two
Coaching Essentials & Intuitive Guidance
is a transformative module designed to equip participants with foundational coaching skills while fostering intuitive abilities. This course delves into essential coaching techniques, emphasizing the importance of active listening, powerful questioning, and goal-setting strategies that facilitate personal and professional growth. Participants will learn to tap into their intuition, enhancing their ability to connect with clients on a deeper level and offering insights that lead to meaningful breakthroughs. By blending structured coaching methodologies with intuitive guidance, this module empowers individuals to create impactful coaching experiences that inspire and support clients in achieving their fullest potential. Whether you're a seasoned coach or new to the field, this module will enrich your practice and deepen your understanding of the coaching process.
Immersive Practical Training
Residential Retreat in a Secluded Stately Home
(January 2026) – in Elgin, Scotland
The second half of the course is a 10-day transformative retreat in a breathtaking, stately home in Elgin, Scotland. This experience is designed for deep integration of both practical and theoretical learning in a fully immersive, distraction-free environment.
The Theory Behind Sound Modalities – Explore the science and ancient wisdom behind gongs, drums, singing bowls (Tibetan & crystal), and sound baths.
Practical Proficiency – This module is designed to enhance your sound healing skills through hands-on experience with a variety of techniques and instruments. You will learn how to effectively apply sound healing in both one-on-one sessions and group sound baths, gaining confidence in your ability to create transformative experiences for others. Through guided practice and expert instruction, you'll explore different sound modalities, including the use of singing bowls, gongs, and drums, while also developing your intuition and personal style. By the end of this module, you will be well-equipped to integrate sound healing into your practice, offering powerful healing sessions that resonate with your clients on multiple levels.
Spiritual Healing – Gain hands-on experience in sit-down, lay-down, and distance healing techniques, as well as integrating energy work into your sound therapy practice.
Guided Meditation & Intuitive Integration – Learn how to lead meditations and weave intuitive guidance into your sessions.
Final Assessment & Award Ceremony – Conclude your journey with a practical and theory exam, followed by a prestigious ceremony in the Great Hall, overseen by the Monarch of the Estate.
