Individual sessions are not available unless as a top-up following the course.

FIRST SESSION

- A comprehensive consultation to explore your needs, followed by a full sound therapy treatment.

SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS

A brief check-in to assess progress, followed by a complete treatment session.

FINAL SESSION

A concluding consultation to review the therapy’s impact, along with a final sound healing session.

Each session is approximately 40 minutes long, though Emma allows the natural flow of the treatment to determine its length, often lasting around an hour. Sessions are conducted once a week for optimal results.

Balancing Using Sound

A deeply restorative treatment designed to address feelings of stagnation, emotional repetition, or being at a crossroads. Emma incorporates a holistic approach to help clients achieve clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose. Here's what this treatment involves:

1. Understanding the Blockages

The session begins with a conversation to identify the areas where you feel blocked or stuck. This allows Emma to focus on the emotional and energetic patterns that might be affecting your life.

Emma blends chakra balancing with half an hour of mentoring. This creates a personalised space to explore why certain emotions, behaviors, or situations reoccur. She helps you uncover the root causes and gain greater direction in your life.

2. Chakra Clearing and Rebalancing

The session concludes with clearing and rebalancing the chakras. Emma uses a Balinese Bell as well as Dowsing over the chakras to assess which chakras are underactive or overactive and explains how this imbalance impacts your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Using sound therapy with the choice of Tibetan Bowles, Gong, Crystal Bowls and sometimes Drum, the Chakras are balanced. At the end of the session clients often feel a shift in the form of feeling lighter, happier, clear minded and many other imediate results.
